Prior experience in prevailing wage and apprenticeship / construction is preferred. We provide robust training and ongoing support to ensure your success. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow quickly in a startup environment, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles as we scale.\ \ **Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary client contact, clearly communicating compliance processes and requirements. * Manage key activities, including coordinating payroll documentation collection from subcontractors to ensure successful audits. * Utilize our AI-driven platform to track compliance documentation, monitor client progress, and generate accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders. * Identify potential compliance risks proactively and collaborate with our internal team to address them effectively. * Provide thoughtful feedback to enhance platform functionality and user experience. **Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in detail-oriented, client-facing roles. * Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. * An adaptable learner comfortable quickly mastering new software tools. * Highly dependable and capable of independently managing multiple projects. **Nice to Have (but not required)** * Familiarity with the Davis-Bacon Act (prevailing wage) * Understanding of labor compliance processes, construction, and other physical industries **Benefits** * Competitive salary and meaningful equity * Flexible, remote-friendly work environment * Career growth opportunities including potential leadership roles
