You will work closely with our Content Strategist, who has been part of the marketing team for 2 years and is now taking on the content direction including: priorities, audience research, briefs and the wider content program. She decides what we publish and why. You decide how each piece comes together, and you take it through to publication.
Beyond partnering with the Content Strategist, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Alliances, Legax Experts, Sales, our customers, and the colleagues as resources for content development and alignment.
Content production
Write, copywrite and edit content across formats: articles, thought leadership, customer stories, product content, whitepapers, landing and web pages, emails, video scripts and event-related material.
Shape the structure, angle, messaging and tone of each asset.
Write copy that holds attention and drives action: headlines, subject lines, CTAs, ad and campaign copy, page copy.
Write for digital from the start, with search intent, structure and discoverability built into the content rather than added afterwards.
Interview subject matter experts, product specialists and customers, and turn what they tell you into clear, credible content and captivating narratives.
Take content through review, approval and publication in WordPress and HubSpot.
Flag when a brief needs rethinking, and propose a stronger angle or format.
Produce content for priority local campaigns while keeping it consistent with the wider DiliTrust brand.
Deliver an agreed weekly volume of content autonomously, and use freelancers, agencies and other external partners when that is the faster or better route.
Brief, select and manage external writers, translators and specialists, review their work and hold them to our editorial and brand standards.
2. Adaptation and reuse
Adapt approved content for LinkedIn, the website and other agreed channels.
Produce short-form versions and channel-specific variations of core assets.
Identify the strongest argument or evidence in a piece and rebuild it for the new format, rather than reposting the same text.
Prepare assets for distribution and syndication.
Adjust tone, length and call to action according to the audience and the channel.
3. Content standards, brand and workflows
Apply and maintain our brand guidelines, glossary and content templates.
Check accuracy, clarity and consistency across everything we publish.
Take our existing AI-assisted content workflows in Dust and our other tools further, with a clear view of where AI helps and where human editing is needed.
Maintain accurate and timely project updates in Monday.com to ensure visibility and alignment across the team.
Spot where briefing, review and publishing slow down, and improve the process.
Share editorial standards with the wider team so content quality stays consistent beyond your own work.
Several years of experience producing and editing content in B2B technology, legal, professional services or another field with complex subject matter.
Strong copywriting skills, with a portfolio that shows both long-form editorial writing and sharp short-form copy: headlines, landing pages, emails, campaign and social copy.
Experience owning content end to end: brief, research, interviews, drafting, editing, approval, publication.
A digital-first, SEO-led way of working. You know how search intent, keywords, structure, internal linking and metadata shape a piece, you apply it while you write, and you understand how discoverability is changing with AI search.
Hands-on experience with a CMS, ideally WordPress and HubSpot.
Practical experience using AI tools in a content workflow, and ideas about how to improve one.
