DASCHWorks is building a different kind of employment program for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. We help participants discover their strengths, explore careers, build workplace skills, gain real experience, secure meaningful employment and develop greater independence.
What differentiates DASCHWorks?
DASCHWorks is a structured, competency-based employment program that combines classroom and experiential learning, individualized coaching, community engagement and time-limited supported employment. Its flexible, modular design allows participants to enter at the level that best meets their needs while building confidence, competence, independence and belonging for long-term employment success.
