Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, professional services delivery, or cloud systems integration.
- 10 years of people management experience, including experience managing other people managers and leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital cloud transformations (e.g., infrastructure modernization, data analytics, AI/ML, or application migration).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or advanced technical degree.
- 10 years of experience in technology, software engineering, or enterprise architecture, with an emphasis on data engineering or AI/ML systems.
- Experience managing services P&L, agreement negotiations, Statements of Work (SOWs), and direct C-suite/VP executive relationships.
- Experience establishing co-delivery models with partners, systems integrators, and global specialized delivery centers.
- Familiarity with regional enterprise market dynamics, local regulatory requirements, and executive networking within target industries (e.g., Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, or Digital Natives).

As the Director of Professional Services (GCC PSO), you will lead a high-performing organization of consulting practice managers, enterprise technical architects, delivery executives, and cloud program/project managers that participate in services pre-sales and post-sales activities. You will operate as both a strategic advisor to C-suite and VP-level executives and an operational leader overseeing complex cloud and artificial intelligence delivery portfolios.
In this role, you will advocate for delivery excellence, instill commercial aptitude, expand partner delivery capacity, and lead the regional delivery of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities
- Orchestrate delivery for mission-critical enterprise transformations, ensuring milestone adherence, platform stability, and customer business outcomes.
- Serve as the executive escalation point for delivery risks, platform blockers, and strategic customer accounts. Enforce technical governance and delivery standards across migration, application modernization, data, and infrastructure workstreams.
- Lead customer adoption of Google Cloud's AI platform, Gemini, and enterprise agentic solutions to drive business value. Guide architectural blueprints for unique deployments, translating complex business objectives into resilient, secure cloud architectures. Provide real-world technical and customer feedback to Google Cloud Product Management and Engineering leadership.
- Utilize service strategies to accelerate GCP and AI adoption aligned with customer and internal expectations. Drive alignment with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Pursuit Leads on service strategy, Statements of Work (SOWs), services bookings, and delivery excellence and delivered margins.
