Director, gTech Ads Solutions, YouTube+ COE

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, economic, or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of people management experience leading regional or functional teams, including managing managers.
• 8 years of digital marketing and ad serving experience across advertisers, agencies, or AdTech companies, focused on digital video or YouTube ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating across matrixed cross-functional teams (Sales, GTM, Product, Services) to drive product adoption, campaign solutions, and business growth.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or advanced graduate degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• Proven ability to manage scaled operations, documented procedures, SLAs, and vendor partner oversight while navigating ambiguity and managing operational risks.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and product concepts to cross-functional partners.
• Deep expertise in YouTube advertising solutions, campaign measurement methodologies, and exposure to cloud/data integration technologies.
• Strong business and analytical acumen, with a track record of translating data-driven insights into customer growth strategies and operational efficiencies.

About the job

As the Director, Ads Solutions, YouTube Brand Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead, you will lead high-performing teams of solution experts driving media and technical solutions at scale, dedicated to delivering YouTube Brand solutions to Google's largest corporate customers. You will be responsible for driving the operational execution and delivery of gTech's YouTube Brand ads activation, formats, measurement, and optimization support, making YouTube a key differentiator and growth driver for Google Ads.

Your teams will partner directly with Large Customer Sales (LCS) and gTech Ads Regional teams to activate complex video opportunities, drive full growth plans, and ensure customers achieve exceptional ROI. You and your team will serve as trusted advisors to regional gTech Ads and Sales leaders, managing and delivering strategic impact services globally.

As a Director, you will be accountable for the efficiency, efficacy, accuracy, and quality of YouTube integrated tech and media growth services across your regional scope. You will advocate for continuous improvement and process excellence across your organization. In partnership with cross-functional teams, you will drive the AI transformation across your workflows, effectively integrating AI, automation, and partner/vendor operations to free up your specialist teams to deliver consultative, high-value solutions for strategic clients. You will nurture an inclusive, high-performing team of frontline managers and technical/media specialists, developing deep capabilities to address advertisers' complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale the YouTube Brand CoE, defining strategic visions, execution roadmaps, and securing cross-functional resources.
• Lead experts to maximize advertiser ROI and drive product metrics adoption, partnering with sister teams to align servicing with Sales needs. Evolve services across AI, partners, Googlers, and vendors to automate workflows and create capacity for complex, high-value solutions.
• Navigate a complex matrix to share responsibility with regional gTech and Sales leaders.
• Foster a team-first culture of continuous learning and delivery excellence while growing a diverse organization, including senior people managers. Foster a "team-first" culture of expertise-driven problem-solving, continuous learning, and pride in delivery excellence.
• Synthesize market insights with gAE, regional and cross-functional teams to influence the YouTube product roadmap and land new ad formats globally.
