About the job 🌍 Program Coordinator | Global Health | Sub-Saharan Africa On-site Position Join a mission that is transforming childhood cancer care across Africa.St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Sub-Saharan Africa Regional Hub and help advance life-changing initiatives that strengthen healthcare systems, build clinical capacity, and improve outcomes for children facing cancer and other catastrophic diseases across the region.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic international environment and enjoys bringing people, projects, and partnerships together to create meaningful impact. 🚀 What You'll Do✅ Coordinate multiple regional programs and strategic initiatives✅ Build and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions, government agencies, and global partners✅ Support project planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting✅ Organize international meetings, workshops, site visits, and virtual events✅ Monitor project budgets, timelines, milestones, and deliverables✅ Analyze program data and develop reports to support decision-making✅ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones 🎯 What We're Looking For✔ Bachelor's Degree required✔ 3+ years of experience in Program Coordination, Program Management, Project Management, or Operations✔ Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills✔ Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously✔ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills✔ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and SharePoint✔ Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and international environments ⭐ Highly Preferred Experience in Global Health, Healthcare, NGOs, Nonprofits, International Development, or Public Health Exposure to multinational or multi-country programs Experience working with international organizations such as WHO, UNICEF, World Bank, or similar partners Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Planview, ServiceNow, etc.) CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) French
