    • At least one year’s experience at Assistant Merchandiser level in a fast-paced fashion retail head-office environment, with sound end-to-end merchandising and trading knowledge in a DTC business.
    • Strong analytical and commercial judgement, able to explain performance, forecast likely outcomes and recommend actions that balance sales, stock, margin and profitability.
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience with WSSIs, line cards, range plans, trade reporting, forecasting and stock-management tools; Power BI experience is advantageous.
    • Interested in AI, automation and emerging technology, using them to improve productivity and create actionable insight from complex data.
    • Highly organised, accurate and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities while retaining the wider commercial perspective.
