Learning and Development Cultural Programs Coordinator

The Cultural Programs Coordinator role is part of the Learning and Development team, within Workforce Strategy and Culture.

The role

is responsible for managing the delivery and continuous improvement of learning initiatives aligned with the agency’s Aboriginal Cultural Footprint program. You can learn more about the Aboriginal Foorprint Program here (insert link https://dit.sa.gov.au/about-us/reconciliation/actions).
It is responsible for coordinating program delivery (face-to-face and e-learning), managing stakeholder engagement and contracts, and supporting a broad range of learning and development activities.
In this role you will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive meaningful collaboration, contribute to capability development, and ensure effective program outcomes.

The role

also supports whole-of-department initiatives and helps enhance processes that support learning and development across the organisation.
