We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Officer to join the TRUMPS Programs and Projects team and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of system enhancements that support critical transport and licensing services across South Australia.
Reporting to the Program Manager, TRUMPS Programs and Projects, you will lead and coordinate quality assurance activities across a range of strategic initiatives, ensuring systems are robust, reliable and ready for implementation.

About the Role
As the Senior Project Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering quality assurance testing activities that support system enhancements, maintenance and service improvements across Service SA's transport-related systems.
You will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, ICT teams, system support staff and external service providers to ensure high-quality outcomes are achieved and risks are identified and mitigated prior to implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing testing strategies, plans and test cases
Coordinating and executing system testing activities across multiple initiatives
Identifying, documenting and reporting defects, issues and risks
Monitoring testing progress and reporting outcomes to stakeholders
Ensuring specification documentation is up to date
Providing guidance and support to staff participating in testing activities
Undertaking research, analysis and investigations to support project delivery
Preparing reports, recommendations and documentation to inform decision-making
Building productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice quality assurance processes.
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Strong experience in quality assurance, user acceptance testing, systems testing or project delivery environments.
Sound knowledge of testing methodologies, processes and documentation practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, supported by attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Experience coordinating complex activities and managing competing priorities within tight timeframes.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project environment.
An understanding of customer-focused digital service delivery and continuous improvement principles.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant will be required to:
Hold a current National Police Check, renewed every three years.
Hold a current Working with Children Check, renewed every five years.
Undertake occasional out-of-hours or weekend work when required.
