Ditsch is a global bakery brand known for authentic German pretzels and baked snacks. We’re expanding in the U.S. and opening a new location inside Jungle Jim’s Eastgate in January!

Position Summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a friendly and reliable Pretzel Pro to join our team at Jungle Jim’s Eastgate! As part of our growing pretzel bakery brand, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers while preparing and serving our signature soft pretzels.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and serve Ditsch pretzel products to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• ServSafe certification or willingness to become ServSafe certified (training provided)
