You drive reuse and accelerate the development of better products through common platform solutions.
You lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, fostering both their professional and personal growth.
You establish a culture centered on customer centricity, ownership, and outcome-driven thinking.
You build strong Product Trio teams together with Engineering and Design and promote effective collaboration between platform and product teams.
You manage platform investments based on user value, strategic relevance, scalability, and business impact.
You define success metrics for adoption, effectiveness, and business value and ensure that platform investments deliver measurable results.
