As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- Your main focus is outbound sales calling based on company data provided by DKV, aimed at acquiring new customers in the small business segment. You present and sell new products over the phone while consistently applying the sales techniques you have learned.
- You conduct comprehensive fleet analyses of the companies you approach and independently manage follow-up activities after the initial contact, based on the identified revenue potential.
- You are responsible for implementing customer retention measures, reactivating existing customer relationships, and completing incoming prospect documentation.
- Your responsibilities also include conducting follow-up and welcome calls, as well as handling, forwarding, and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- You work systematically on system-generated leads with a strong focus on closing business and initiate first contacts without conducting your own prior research or pre-selecting prospects from the address pool.
- You are responsible for lead generation across the DKV product portfolio in line with the sales strategy and support the field sales team with appointment scheduling and lead preparation.
- You act as a mentor during the onboarding of new employees and support the training and coaching of new team members.
