We are seeking a reliable and punctual On-Call Medical Courier for emergency medical deliveries.
This role involves:
- Delivering cargo to various locations within the service area.
- Emergency deliveries only - be ready to respond quickly when called upon.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of cargo.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling cargo.
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding medical transport.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and a drug test.
- Reliable transportation (vehicle must be in good working condition).
- Excellent navigation skills; familiarity with local geography is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Compensation:
- $1.25 per mile with a $100 minimum pay per delivery.
- 1099 Contractor positon
Note:
- This position is on-call, meaning you will be scheduled as emergencies arise but will have flexibility in your availability outside of those times.
- All applicants must be able to commit to the night shift schedule.
