Qualifications:
Must have experience with the following.

• Incontinence product experience
• Complex rehab / power wheelchair experience
• Prior authorization experience for these product lines
• Indiana Medicaid experience (preferred)
• Indiana waiver program experience (preferred)
• CSR or patient support experience in these product lines
• Experience at regional HME/DME providers (not just CPAP/respiratory)
• Any experience beyond CPAP, respiratory, and resupply
