    Job description

    Key Responsibilities

    Implementation & Client Onboarding

    • Lead technical onboarding activities for new clients, sites, and programs.
    • Design and implement network solutions aligned with client and operational requirements.
    • Coordinate network readiness, connectivity validation, and deployment activities during program launches.
    • Develop implementation plans, migration strategies, and cutover procedures.
    • Conduct technical discovery sessions and provide infrastructure recommendations.

    Network Administration & Engineering

    • Administer and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.
    • Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and security appliances.
    • Manage CATO Networks SD-WAN and SASE environments.
    • Maintain HPE Aruba networking technologies including routing, switching, and security solutions.
    • Monitor network performance, capacity, availability, and security.

    Operational Support

    • Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex network issues.
    • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring incidents.
    • Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and network resiliency initiatives.
    • Create and maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, SOPs, and standards.

    Security & Compliance

    • Ensure adherence to organizational security standards and healthcare compliance requirements.
    • Support HIPAA, SOC, PCI, and client-specific security requirements.
    • Assist with vulnerability remediation and network security hardening initiatives.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Partner with Operations, IT, Security, Facilities, and Client Services teams.
    • Participate in client meetings and technical discussions during onboarding and implementation projects.
    • Provide project updates, risk assessments, and implementation recommendations.

    Required Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
    • Equivalent technical experience may be considered.

    Experience

    • 5+ years of network engineering experience.
    • Experience supporting enterprise environments with multiple locations.
    • Experience leading network implementations and client onboarding projects.
    • Experience supporting healthcare, healthcare RCM, BPO, call center, or outsourcing environments.
    • Experience supporting hybrid cloud and remote workforce environments.

    Technical Skills

    Networking

    • HPE Aruba Routing and Switching
    • HPE Aruba Catalyst and Meraki environments
    • VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS
    • LAN/WAN architecture
    • Wireless networking

    Security & Connectivity

    • CATO Networks (Preferred)
    • SD-WAN technologies
    • VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN)
    • Firewall administration
    • Network segmentation and access controls

    Cloud & Infrastructure

    • Microsoft Azure networking
    • Microsoft 365 connectivity
    • Active Directory integration
    • DNS, DHCP, NTP
    • Network monitoring tools

    Contact Center / BPO Technologies

    Experience supporting one or more of:

    • NICE CXone
    • Five9
    • Genesys
    • RingCentral
    • Microsoft Teams Voice
    • Avaya
    • HPE Aruba Contact Center solutions

    Healthcare Technology Exposure (Preferred)

    Experience supporting environments utilizing:

    • Brightree
    • EMR/EHR platforms
    • Healthcare claims and RCM systems
    • HIPAA-compliant infrastructure

    Preferred Certifications

    One or more of the following:

    • CCNA
    • CCNP Enterprise
    • HPE Aruba Meraki Certification
    • CATO Certified Professional
    • Network+
    • Security+
    • Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)
    • Fortinet NSE
    • Palo Alto Certifications

    Additional Required Qualifications

    Client-Facing Experience

    • Proven experience participating in client onboarding, implementation, or transition projects.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Ability to confidently lead technical discussions with clients, vendors, and internal business leaders.
    • Ability to explain complex networking concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience documenting and presenting network designs, implementation plans, and technical recommendations.

    Preferred Background

    Candidates with experience supporting any of the following environments are highly preferred:

    A technically strong network engineer who can confidently engage clients, lead onboarding and implementation discussions, translate technical concepts into business language, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle while maintaining enterprise-grade network performance, security, and reliability.
