About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Field Office Deskside Technician to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA . The Field Office Deskside Technician oversees IT Services at Field Offices within Mission and Site Support Services under the Service Delivery Line of Business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directing teams to deliver comprehensive end-user support through MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) actions
• Proactive environment assessments and responsive break/fix services to ensure mission continuity
• Manages onsite troubleshooting and restoration of devices, coordinates with headquarters and stakeholders to align service delivery, and ensures reliability and efficiency across diverse IT environments.
• Technician enhances productivity and guarantees resilient IT Operations across all supported sites.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Certifications: 

• Proficiency in troubleshooting end-user devices
• Ability to provide on-site IT support as needed
• Familiarity with IT asset management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Minimum Education: Bachelors
• Minimum Work Experience: 10 years relevant

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Clearance: Must clear United States Marshal Service background check
