About the Opportunity

DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for IT Asset Management Specialist to support our client in Maryland.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete inventory sign-in/sign-out sheets
• Guide staff receiving laptops through key basic processes (e.g. resetting password, locating and orienting to Microsoft Office and other programs, connecting to Wifi, etc.)

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.

Required Skills & Certifications: 

• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift or move at least 5-10 pounds at one time
• Knowledge of basic computer functions

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed in normal office settings and at users' work sites. Employee may need to occasionally work at other locations and may need to use a state or personal vehicle, as necessary.
• Work requires use of protective equipment such as goggles, gloves, mask, etc.  As per State of MD COVID-19 rules, regulations, and precautionary measures when/if in-person encounters may be needed, a face mask is mandatory.

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Location: Baltimore, Maryland

Work Arrangement: Will be working in the office 5 days in a week. This is 100% Onsite role in the city of Baltimore.
