HRSS Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional with 1–3 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good communication abilities, and hands-on exposure to HRMS platforms. Experience with Workday (WD) or Darwinbox will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.

• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS using Microsoft Excel.

• Coordinate with employees and internal teams on HR-related queries and processes.

• Support onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR operational activities.

• Ensure timely and accurate updating of HRMS and employee data.

• Assist the HR team with audits, reports, and other operational requirements.

• Handle HR-related documentation and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with Workday (WD) or Darwinbox is preferred.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with HR data.

• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines.

• Willingness to work from the office Monday to Friday is mandatory.
