Senior Power Platform Developer CASCOM ESD Enterprise Analytics/AI Program

Full-Time / 1.0 FTE Work Arrangement: Primarily Remote with Required Travel to Fort Lee, VA Clearance: Active Final Secret Required The Opportunity We're looking for a senior Power Platform developer who can own architecture and still work directly in the platform. This role will lead Power BI and Power Apps architecture and development, establish reusable technical patterns, review development work, and support production-ready applications and role-based dashboards integrated with Azure, Army 365, data models, and reporting solutions.
What You'll Do Establish Power BI and Power Apps technical patterns. Design semantic models and reusable business measures. Develop complex DAX, Power Query/M transformations, security rules, and data connections. Develop and review Canvas and model-driven Power Apps. Build Power Automate workflows and approval processes. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure and Army data sources. Implement role-based access and security.
Conduct technical reviews of dashboard and application development. Establish development, test, and production promotion procedures. Support production dashboard and application sustainment. Conduct requirements sessions, demonstrations, iterative reviews, and user acceptance. Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
