Docupace is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering, Enterprise Products , to provide executive-level technical leadership for our core WealthTech platform. This position is open only to candidates who reside in the Philadelphia metropolitan area (also known as the Delaware Valley or Greater Philadelphia region) at the time of application. ABOUT THE ROLE
Docupace is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to provide executive-level technical leadership over the Core Platform — the backbone of our flagship product suite. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will set the long-term engineering vision for docupace-core, translating company strategy into platform architecture and delivery execution. This service processes wealth management documents at scale, orchestrates regulated workflows for account opening and advisor transitions, enforces WORM compliance, and integrates Docupace with the industry's major custodians and data providers. This is a strategic leadership role with deep technical accountability. You will build and lead high-performing engineering teams, own cross-functional relationships with Product, Compliance, and executive stakeholders, and make the architectural and organizational decisions that determine how Docupace scales over the next decade.
