- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment where everyone can thrive
- Oversee daily operations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring adherence to company standards, procedures, and performance metrics
- Manage inventory control, cost management, and quality assurance processes to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly, professionally, and empathetically while maintaining transparency in all interactions
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement innovative strategies for improving operational performance and achieving business goals
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a secure and compliant workplace
- Handle administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, payroll processing, reporting, and documentation with precision and organization
- Participate actively in community outreach and local marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience by stepping in to perform various operational tasks during peak periods and challenging situations
- Analyze performance data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make decisive, data-driven decisions
- Proven leadership experience in a retail, food service, or similar fast-paced corporate environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to make quick, effective, and decisive decisions under pressure
- Experience with inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation compliance requirements
- Conflict resolution and staff coaching abilities
- Budget management and financial analysis experience
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous industry experience (preferred)
