- Execute timely and accurate deliveries to customers throughout the Bridgeton area, following optimized routes and delivery schedules
- Operate your vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Safely load, transport, and unload packages, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed delivery records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all transactions
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Build positive relationships with customers, representing our organization's commitment to excellence
- Adapt to changing schedules and delivery demands with flexibility and a collaborative mindset
- Meet daily delivery goals while maintaining a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
- Must have access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery purposes
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting all company-specific safety and compliance standards
- Strong time management and route planning abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes and weights
- Familiarity with local area navigation or willingness to learn delivery routes quickly
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
