We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Diamond location (2255 E Division St). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, bringing exceptional service and smiles to our customers throughout the Diamond area. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, times, and any special instructions
- Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks
- Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in perfect condition
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
- Build positive relationships with regular customers and represent the company professionally
- Organize and manage delivery schedules flexibly to meet business demands
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery deadlines
- Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and genuine customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Familiarity with local Diamond area roads and neighborhoods (preferred)
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep (preferred)
