We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our O'Fallon location (304 E Hwy 50). In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products and exceptional service to our valued customers throughout the O'Fallon area. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to bring smiles to our customers' doors while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.
- Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently, utilizing GPS and route optimization tools
- Provide friendly, courteous customer service and represent our brand positively at every stop
- Verify delivery addresses and customer information to ensure accuracy
- Handle cash and card transactions securely and maintain accurate records
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
- Build positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
- Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Familiarity with the O'Fallon area or willingness to learn local routes (preferred)
- Basic navigation skills and comfort using GPS technology (preferred)
- Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
