We're looking for an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations at our Chesterfield location. - Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee all operational functions, including budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
