As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food quality assurance
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to optimize restaurant performance and profitability
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee inventory management and cost control measures to maximize efficiency
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve skills and maintain service standards
- Resolve customer complaints and address employee concerns promptly and professionally

- Proven leadership experience in fast food or restaurant management
