Double Bull Taphouse is seeking an experienced Cook to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection and presented in an appealing manner. The successful candidate will have a passion for food, be knowledgeable about different cooking techniques and have experience in preparing a variety of cuisines.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an appealing manner.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and equipment.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following sanitation guidelines.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared on time and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure that the kitchen is operating efficiently. *Employee must meet eligibility requirements to enroll in benefits.
