Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We're looking for a brand designer to produce high-quality visual work across our digital channels, events and products.
You will help to shape how Douro Labs and Pyth show up to the world.
This role is for a hands-on designer who loves making things: a versatile creator who effortlessly shifts from designing quick digital campaign graphics to crafting full-scale event booth experiences on short notice
You will work closely with our Brand Design Lead to bring our visual identity systems to life across every touchpoint, from web and social to event materials, while also supporting our Product Design Lead on product-side graphics in the short term.

The Mission: In this role, you will craft the visual foundation for Pyth Pro, our institutional offering tailored for prominent banking institutions, trading platforms, and global financial networks. You will play a pivotal part in expanding the Douro Labs brand beyond Web3 natives into traditional markets, creating impactful work that reaches key market participants, developers, and industry leaders on a weekly basis.
About the Role
This is a production-focused brand design role. You'll receive art direction, creative direction, and project assignments primarily from the Brand Design Lead, secondarily from the Product Design Lead. At the outset, your time will be split roughly 75% brand and 25% product.
As the design team grows, this role is expected to shift toward supporting the Brand Design Lead full-time, with a deeper focus on brand, campaign, and event work.
Responsibilities:
Digital Production
Design social media assets,Collateral for sales and internal communications, and content for web
Support marketing initiatives surrounding new product releases, exchange integrations, and major ecosystem events
Apply brand guidelines consistently across all digital channels
Adapt and resize assets across formats and platforms
Event Design
Design promotional materials for conferences and events
Create booth graphics, signage, and printed collateral
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver event assets on time
Product Support
Support the Product Design Lead on product-side graphics, illustrations, and visual assets
Help keep visual consistency between brand and product surfaces
Tools and Workflows
Feel free to utilize any tool of choice, provided deliverables maintain high standards and remain neatly structured in Figma using shared libraries and organized files
Bring AI tools into your daily workflow to speed up production and explore new ideas
Experiment with new tools and techniques and share what works with the team
Help build templates and systems that make recurring work faster
About You
You must excel in at least one of the following:
Motion design
Framer
Illustration and iconography
3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic or brand designer
Strong generalist skills across layout, typography, color, and composition
Proficient in Figma, with a portfolio that shows range across digital and print
AI-forward mindset, seamlessly integrating platforms like Claude and Firefly into daily practice to explore new visual frontiers
Self-organizing and proactive, able to manage your own workload and deadlines
Clear, warm communicator who takes direction well and speaks up with ideas
Resourceful experimenter and problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
Crypto/DeFi or financial infrastructure familiarity a plus, not required
