We are looking for a Regional Master Data Process Owner & HRIS Systems Lead to join our People & Culture organization and play a key role in advancing our digital HR agenda across the region.
In this role, you will optimize HR systems, people processes, and data management to improve efficiency and support business goals. Working closely with stakeholders across countries and functions, you will deliver digital solutions that enhance the employee experience, strengthen decision-making, and drive continuous improvement through technology and automation.
• As the regional expert for HR Master Data and HRIS, you will help ensure that our HR processes and systems are reliable, efficient and fit for the future.
• Own and continuously improve regional HR Master Data processes, ensuring high data quality and alignment with global standards.
• Act as the regional HRIS subject matter expert, supporting system enhancements, integrations, testing and implementation of new functionality.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation and process optimisation and turn them into practical solutions.
• Translate business needs into effective process and system improvements, working closely with P&C, IT, vendors and global stakeholders.
• Represent the region in the DOVISTA P&C Master Data & Analytics Community, contributing to global initiatives and sharing best practices.
• Lead or contribute to regional and global HR transformation projects and workstreams.
• Support and enable local P&C teams through guidance, training and knowledge sharing.
• Help strengthen a consistent One-DOVISTA approach to HR data, processes and technology.
• Several years of experience in HR Operations, HR Master Data, HRIS or HR Technology
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance and HR systems.
• Experience working in an international or matrix organisation.
• Experience with process improvement, digitalisation, automation or HR system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to turn business challenges into practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to balance global standards with local business needs.
• A proactive, curious and improvement-oriented mindset.
• The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Fluency in English.
