We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our After Sales team. Acting as the key point of contact for customers, you will manage service requests from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a professional, efficient, and high-quality customer experience. This role involves coordinating engineers, suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to deliver effective solutions while balancing customer satisfaction, cost, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise customer service enquiries through our ticketing system.
- Coordinate service cases from diagnosis through to resolution, creating action plans and arranging parts, materials, and engineer visits as required.
- Liaise with customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Monitor case progress, provide updates, and ensure service levels are met.
- Support key customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage financial aspects of service cases, including supplier invoices and customer payment queries.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support colleagues across regions during periods of absence or increased demand.
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, case management, or customer service administration.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident dealing with customers and resolving complex queries professionally.
- IT literate, with experience using ERP systems such as SAP being advantageous.
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, building products, technical support, or after-sales service would be beneficial.
