We currently have an opportunity for a Project and Procurement Coordinator. Join our Health & Education team and play a key role in coordinating procurement and project delivery across the WA Schools and QEII Carpark portfolios. Reporting to the Contract Manager WA Schools and QEII, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Coordinate tender processes, scopes, quotations and procurement documentation.
Support project delivery from scope definition through to close-out and handover.
Maintain project registers, milestones, risks, issues and delivery status reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, invoice validation and project cost tracking.
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners.

What You’ll Bring

Experience coordinating multiple projects or work packages in facilities, infrastructure, construction, maintenance or social infrastructure.
Experience scoping, tendering, evaluating and administering subcontracted works.
Knowledge of procurement governance, commercial controls and audit-ready record keeping.
Strong communication, organisation, document control and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent project delivery and procurement experience.

The role requires attendance at WA Schools and QEII sites and may involve work outside ordinary business hours to accommodate operational and school access requirements. Required checks include reference, criminal history, qualification, work eligibility, medical and Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons checks
