WHAT WE OFFER

• Casual Role: DIDO outage working at Bayswater Power Station, Major outage in Muswellbrook, NSW, with potential for other project/shutdown work
• Start Dates: Staggered start dates starting ASAP, approximately duration until late November
• Shutdown Roster: Monday to Saturday roster – days 7am-6pm & nights 7pm-6am
• Competitive Rates:  EBA rates + OT Penalties (from base rate) + site allowances + uplift allowance
• Other Benefits: DIDO project, LAFHA or Accommodation + meal allowance provided to distant workers

THE OPPORTUNITY

Downer Energy & Utilities is seeking experienced and safety-focused Scaffolders to join our team at Bayswater Power Station in the Upper Hunter Region, NSW.

Working within a high-performing maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in supporting outage and maintenance activities by safely erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffold structures across the site. This is an excellent opportunity to secure work on a major power generation asset while being part of a company that values safety, teamwork, and professional growth.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• High Risk Work Licence with Scaffolding (Intermediate or Advanced) qualification
• Current Enter and work in confined spaces, Working at heights (within 3 years), & Construction white card
• Previous experience working within power generation, industrial, mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry environments
• Current Drivers Licence
• Ability to interpret scaffold plans and work instructions
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and site requirements
