As an ESOP company, every employee plays a role in our success and shares in the results of the work we do. We are seeking a DriFlow Operator in the Midland, Texas area who will be responsible for working as a crew member assigned to the field. The candidate must demonstrate safe work habits, be able to follow directions and work well as part of a team. The major responsibilities include general maintenance and repair of equipment and attachments, and assisting in field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with all Company and customer Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) policies, rules, practices and guidelines.
• Ensure equipment is maintained at a high level of efficiency and readiness.
• Conduct proper Job Safety Analysis (JSA) in compliance with Company regulations.
• Perform rigging up and rigging down duties, as well as operating and maintaining equipment.
• Safely perform other duties that may include spotting trucks, checking product inventory levels and assisting with the clean-up of the location before, during, and after the job.
• Must work with an emphasis on safety for themselves and others, including coworkers and third parties, while wearing any required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all designated times.
• Enhance and facilitate a positive organizational culture by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to company and job accomplishments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
