Creative Client Lead

Do You Convert is looking for a Creative Project Manager who knows the homebuilding industry and knows how to run a client relationship from first brief to final deliverable.

You must have experience working with home builders, either agency-side or in-house. That context is non-negotiable. Understanding how builders think, how they sell, and how they market to buyers is the foundation this role is built on. The ability to manage creative projects is expected. The ability to do it inside a builder's world is what sets the right candidate apart.

You will own client relationships, drive creative from strategy to execution, and bridge the gap between a client's business goal and the creative team that brings it to life. You are not the designer. You are the person who figures out what needs to be built, why it needs to exist, and what it needs to say before a designer ever touches it.
The right candidate communicates proactively, adapts quickly when priorities shift, and knows how to tailor their message for different audiences. They are solution-oriented by default. They do not wait for clarity to arrive; they create it.

3–5 years of experience preferred. Compensation: Commensurate with experience. This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States.

As a Creative Project Manager, you will...

• Translate a client's business goal into a clear creative brief, content outline, or strategic recommendation that the internal team can execute against
• Define what needs to be built and why before a project ever goes into production — copy direction, content hierarchy, audience considerations, and success criteria
• Guide builder clients through the creative process from kickoff to final delivery, serving as their primary point of contact throughout
• Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their buyers, their markets, and the competitive dynamics specific to residential real estate
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple accounts simultaneously
• Collaborate in developing educational content and curriculum grounded in real builder marketing experience
• Identify connections across projects and clients as a source of consistency and stronger creative output
• Represent DYC with professionalism and care in every client interaction

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Home builder marketing experience, agency-side or in-house (required)
• Have a passion for brand storytelling and marketing strategy. 
• A working understanding of how builders go to market: community launches, sales cycles, buyer audiences, and the creative that supports them
• The ability to take a high-level business objective and turn it into a structured creative recommendation without being handed a brief
• 3–5 years managing creative projects and/or client accounts, with a clear track record of owning relationships end-to-end
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Expert communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to adjust based on audience
• The ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and shift course when priorities change
