Container Forklift Operator

Job Purpose

DP World Container Parks are looking for experienced Empty Handler Forklift Operators to join our team in a permanent capacity at our Empty Container Park in West Melbourne. Shifts available across day, afternoon and night shift. 

Key Accountabilities

• Operating Forklift for empty container movement and stacking

• Loading containers on and off trucks

• Load repair and wash bays

• Undertaking routine cleaning of the forklift cabins and windows

• Following safety procedures and processes at all times

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Have had previous experience in a Container Park handling empty containers

• Have previous experience operating a Twinpick Empty Handler 

• Have a current LF licence 

• Have a great team spirit and dedication to your work

• Physically fit and capable of passing a pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screening
