Group System Analyst II

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Participate in the full lifecycle of an WMS engagement to deliver a complex, comprehensive business solution.

• Required to develop & support WMS cloud services across the DP World Group business units. 

• Good functional knowledge of WMS cloud platform including the inbound process, warehouse operations (cycle count, and the outbound process).

• Good knowledge of how WMS fits within the Logistics landscape.

• Experience in core warehousing operations including Cross-dock flow through, receive to put-away process, value added services offered by 3PLs, Kit assemblies, Wave picking to Manifestation of Shipments.

• Experience in warehouse workforce management process including key metrics setup and monitoring via the cloud platform, define material handling goals and task completion times based on the group business templates.

• Work on multiple parallel projects and manage communications and project tracking.

• Provide support and resolve tickets within SLA.

• Ability to liaise with business users and technical consultants. 

• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computers or a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in implementing Oracle WMS Cloud services. 
• Experience in BPM Tools, MS Visio, Mindmap tools
• Ability to understand the business problems in a holistic way to provide robust, scale-able and cost-effective solution.
• Job Specific Skills
  • Certified Oracle Warehouse Management Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Integration to standard warehouse automation tools such as Barcode readers and other warehouse equipment.
