Manager - Talent Acquisition - SCO

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans. 
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding. 
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across functions and levels through various sourcing channels. 
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective hiring plans. 
• Lead, mentor, and guide recruiters and recruitment partners to achieve hiring targets and service excellence. 
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice and improve candidate engagement. 
• Utilize recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, job portals, social media, and innovative sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency. 
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, prepare MIS reports, and recommend process improvements. 
• Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while maintaining compliance with company policies. 
• Support diversity hiring, succession planning, and strategic workforce initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES 

• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Management. 
• Experience in high-volume hiring and stakeholder management. 
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. 
• Knowledge of recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 
• Employer branding and candidate experience management. 
• Data analysis, reporting, and recruitment analytics. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. 
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

External: Candidates, Recruitment Consultants, Job Portals, Assessment Partners, Educational Institutions, Professional Networks, Industry Associations.

MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline from a recognized institution.

Certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Analytics, HR Management, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, or related HR certifications will be preferred.

7–12 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.

Minimum 5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience in Logistics /  Supply Chain/Transportation / E-commerce / Manufacturing, or allied industries.
