Role Details

• Location: Coop, Wellingborough NN8 6AQ
• Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Pay Rates

Base rate: £13.13 per hour, with additional premiums: Nights (+£2.55 per hour), Weekends (+£1.82 per hour)

Your Responsibilities

• Picking, moving, and tracking stock—sometimes using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and sometimes by hand
• Utilising digital tools to manage orders efficiently
• Maintaining a safe, tidy, and timely warehouse environment
• Supporting fellow team members to achieve collective goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience is welcome, but not required—we provide comprehensive training
• Reliable, eager to learn, and ready for a challenge
• Strong team player

 Shift Patterns Available:

• Backs: 12-20.00 hrs or 14:00–22:00 hrs, any 5 days out of 7 (as per company rota) or Tuesday-Saturday
• Nights: 22-06:00 hrs, any 5 days out of 7 (as per company rota)
• Full-time- working 50% weekends
