Typical Qualifications We Look For

Our opportunities vary by contract and customer. While not every position requires all of the qualifications below, many of our roles seek candidates with one or more of the following:

• Military service in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Technical, operational, or functional expertise gained through military or civilian service
• Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree (requirements vary by position)
• Active or previously held U.S. Security Clearance
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or other federal agencies
• Experience in operations, logistics, intelligence, cyber, IT, healthcare, engineering, acquisition, finance, human resources, training, or program support
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in collaborative or cross-functional environments
• A passion for supporting federal missions and serving our nation's customers
