VMU Administrator - Register your Interest

Purpose of Position

To provide an efficient administrative service to the workshop function within the Fleet Department.

Key Task & Responsibilities

• To respond to general enquiries into the workshop function within the Fleet Department
• To provide an efficient and effective general administrative service to the workshop function within the Fleet Department
• To complete day to day administration duties as directed by the Manager, ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness in the process
• To enter data into system as required by the department
• Support vehicle documentation and administrative duties ensuring all data is accurately inputted onto the system
• Processing of invoices in a timely manner
• To carry out any other administrative tasks as requested by the Manager

As the successful candidate for this role you will be able to evidence extensive experience in an administrative role ideally within a transport setting.

You will be able to evidence excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and high attention to detail.

We will also expect you to;

• Be proficient on Microsoft Office Suite or Google suite.
• Have proven and demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
• Be a self motivated and organised individual.
