Job Summary:
Provides project administrative and operational support for field and project management teams. Coordinates project setup, document control, and closeout activities to ensure accurate records, compliance, and smooth project execution. Works closely with project engineers, project managers and superintendents to maintain accurate documentation and communication across project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates project setup activities, including CMiC project maintenance, creation of project directories, and initial documentation uploads.
Supports jobsite logistics, including office setup, supply accounts, and vendor coordination.
Supports document control systems by organizing, tracking, and distributing project drawings, specifications, and bulletins, partnering with vConstruct and/or document control team members as needed.
Prepares and issues subcontracts through DocuSign when a Contracts Administrator is not assigned.
Tracks subcontractor compliance, including insurance, bonds, and prequalification status in CMiC.
Assists with project closeout, including gathering warranties, O&M manuals, and other turnover documentation.
Education Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
3–5 years of experience in construction project administration or a related field required.
Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid training within six months of hire required.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$27.50- $35.50
