• In­de­pen­dent ope­ra­tio­nal ma­nage­ment of auditor ma­nage­ment at DQS Me­di­zin­pro­duk­te GmbH for all re­gu­la­ti­ons. This includes co­ope­ra­ti­on auditors and auditors at in­ter­na­tio­nal offices of the DQS Group.
• Cont­act person for auditor ap­pli­cants, au­di­tors, and spe­cia­list cer­ti­fiers re­gar­ding ope­ra­tio­nal issues relating to qua­li­fi­ca­ti­on, aut­ho­riza­ti­on, and ap­point­ment
• Da­ta main­ten­an­ce/da­ta ma­nage­ment for au­di­tors
• Per­form conflict of interest analysis on all per­son­nel directly con­trac­ted or per­forming ac­ti­vi­ties on behalf of DQS MED.
• Check ap­pli­ca­ti­on packages for com­ple­ten­ess.
• Ma­na­ge the Com­pe­ten­cy Verifier’s work­flow, in­clu­ding follow up to any ques­ti­ons or requests for ad­di­tio­nal in­for­ma­ti­on.
