We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive our Biosimilars business in UK. Incumbent will be responsible for driving uptake, market share growth and commercial performance of the Biosimilars portfolio across assigned NHS accounts and develop strategic partnerships across ICSs, NHS Trusts, Health Boards and procurement organisations to support biosimilar adoption and patient access while ensuring compliance with ABPI, NHS governance and company policies.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with business objectives
Drive biosimilar adoption, conversion programmes and market share growth
Deliver sales, market share and account growth targets
Manage opportunities through the customer decision-making process
Build relationships with pharmacists, procurement leads, consultants, nurses, ICS stakeholders and commissioners
Support tender implementation, local market access strategies, and business cases
Deliver scientific and commercial product discussions and customer education
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams
Maintain CRM accuracy and compliance obligations
Key Performance Indicators

Growth across assigned biosimilar brands
Quality and frequency of stakeholder engagement
Tender success and implementation outcomes

Education & Experience:
Degree or equivalent qualification- Science or healthcare related
ABPI Qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Proven pharmaceutical KAM experience within the UK healthcare market
Experience engaging senior NHS stakeholders and specialist care accounts
Understanding of NHS procurement and tendering processes
Experience in biosimilars, biologics or specialty care preferred
Experience across Oncology, Immunology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology or related specialties desirable
Skills & Attributes
Strong NHS and procurement knowledge
Understanding biosimilars and competitive market dynamics
Strategic account management and business planning expertise
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
Strong analytical and evidence-based selling capabilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Full UK Driving Licence
