Position Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support daily snack bar operations through setup, service, clean-up, and closing tasks as assigned.
- Greet guests promptly and provide courteous, guest-focused service.
- Prepare and serve snacks and beverages, including grilling and rotating items such as hot dogs and brats to maintain quality and freshness.
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions, including end-of-shift cash handling and reporting as needed.
- Maintain inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
- Keep the snack bar, equipment, and surrounding service areas clean, organized, and ready for service throughout the shift.
- Respond to guest questions or concerns and involve a supervisor when appropriate.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service expectations at all times.
- Support overall Food & Beverage operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old by the first day of employment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Completion of Learn2Serve training for alcohol service, food handling, and tobacco prior to or within 30 days of employment.
- Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
- Clear and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum availability of three full eight-hour shifts per week, including either Saturday or Sunday, with flexibility based on operational needs.
