As part of the System Administration team, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of server and cloud systems, ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of data and digital identities. With a focus on Identity Management, you will contribute to the standardization, automation, and optimization of IT services while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an active member of the System Administration Team
- Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including compliance-related requirements such as ISO 27001
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and administration of server, storage, and backup systems
- Monitor and support the availability, performance, and security of IT services and infrastructure
- Collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange
- Develop and maintain scripts to support automation and operational efficiency
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects, e.g. for migrations, expansions, and optimization initiatives.
- Creating technical documentation and guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, completed IT training, or a comparable qualification
- We also welcome career changers with a high affinity for IT, at least 3 years of professional experience, and a understanding of Identity Management processes and Application Security
- Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Good knowledge of Identity Management processes and access governance principles
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Server environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based identity solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in project environments and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- High level of English (C1) is required
