Focus on IN process and Inward quality Inspection</div><div>2. Product & Process Quality Assurance</div><div>3. Line problem analysis using QC Tools</div><div>4. Rework & Rejection PPM Monitoring</div><div>5. Non-conformance recording and taking actions</div><div>6.

Root Cause analysis for In-house and Supplier rejected parts – RCA</div><div>7. Customer concerns handling and follow up for Action plan</div><div>8. Implementation of QA Standards in shop floor</div><div>9. NPD support activities – Design and Tooling developments for DIY Project</div><div>10. Hands on knowledge on QA documentations- FMEA, Control plan, PFD</div><div>11.

Knowledge on Injection molding process with shop floor documentation</div><div>12. Well versed with English / Local / Regional language</div><div>13. Water Purifier background candidates would be added advantage</div><div>14. Knowledge on Injection Molding</div><div>15. Understand on the power Bi Dashboard process and download the data</div><div>16.

Verification of daily escalated cases on product related cases</div><div>17. Interaction with internal teams on escalations and resolutions</div><div>18. Summarizing the daily report sheets and updating to teams</div><div>19. Conduct internal meeting with stake holders to resolve the addressed issues</div><div>20.

Field visits and resolutions on need basis</div><div>21. Capture the problems highlighted through special escalations - Social Media, Slack, WhatsApp and address the issues</div><div><br></div>
