Responsibilities:

</strong><br>Identifying potential candidates through professional networks, and networking events.<br>Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.<br>Conducting outreach to passive candidates and engaging them through various methods.<br>Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.<br>Conducting initial screenings and interviews, both virtually and in person, to evaluate candidate suitability.<br>Assessing candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.<br>Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.<br>Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.<br>Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.<br>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.<br>Promote the company brand and culture to attract quality talent.<br><br><strong>SKILLS</strong><br>Strong interpersonal and communication skills<br>Excellent sourcing and networking abilities<br>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br>Strong organizational and time management skills<br>Knowledge of recruitment best practices</div>
