Responsibilities:

</strong></h2><div><br>● In this role, you will be responsible for driving critical pivots around the overall<br>process of partnerships management. This role will involve:<br>● Keeping account of leads generated from B2B Channels.<br>● Assist customers with requests and explain the product and its benefits.<br>● Tracking and addressing the B2B customer query and trying to get it solved within<br>TAT.<br>● Taking care of B2B accounts, invoices, and the billing cycle.<br>● Coordinating with the internal and external teams and resolving the customer query.<br>● Work with senior stakeholders<br>● Communicate with customers if needed.</div><h2><strong>Skills:</strong></h2><div><br>● 1 year of minimum experience in high-growth operations<br>● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact<br>in English, Kannada, and Hindi.<br>● Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently<br>● Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.</div>
