So why not come and be a part of our journey towards a better future?</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br>As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and executing comprehensive testing plans, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.<br><br>- Develop and execute manual and automated tests, integration tests, and UI tests<br>- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test data<br>- Identify and report defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues<br>- Participate in agile testing, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives<br>- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency across products<br>- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve testing processes and techniques<br>- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on testing best practices<br>- Analyze testing data and provide insights to improve product quality<br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><br>- 4+ years of experience in software testing, with good exposure to automation testing<br>- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and Agile principles<br>- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#<br>- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or TestNG<br>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field<br>- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus<br>- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and tools is a plus</div>
