    DRUCKER + FALK

    Reports to the CIO

    The Identity and Access Management Specialist under the direction of IT Leadership is responsible for creating, removing and maintaining account permissions and access controls for all IT solutions and systems. The position responsibilities also include ensuring correct authentication and authorization for end-users and services.  Managing IT policies and procedures, provide access to D+F resources based on users' attributes, affiliations, and roles. Password resets, facilitating and troubleshooting user access issues, validating and verifying authorization requests, facilitating approval flows, and provisioning/deprovisioning of user accounts and entitlements are all common activities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Experience with Identity Management concepts and processes including authorization, authentication.
    • Knowledge of access control systems with respect to Yardi, Active Directory, Office365, CyberArk or Okta, SCIM, SAML, File Shares, Azura, and/or FreshService
    • Demonstrated discretion while handling confidential or personal data
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs, documents detailed specifications, conducts testing with the field, and supports identity & access management change requests.
    • Evaluates process improvements in workflow and best practice using ITIL foundations best practice.

    • Must have problem solving ability.
    • Attention to details and the ability to prioritize.
    • Must have extensive working knowledge of PC’s.

    • Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.

    Education and/or Experience 

    Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
    -or-
    Three to four years related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Certificates (preferred but not required): A+, Microsoft Certifications, ITIL, Azura

    Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.

    Computer Skills 

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
